Christian Lefèvre
Christian Lefèvre was born in Orléans in 1957. At a young age, his family moved to Bois‑Colombes, where he completed his schooling. He graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux‑Arts de Paris in 1978. Since then, he has taught in secondary schools, a profession he continues to pursue today.
He has held numerous exhibitions in galleries, cultural centres and museums. He has also explored the urban environment and the role of the artist within the city, working on several public and private buildings. His works are included in both public and private collections.
Lefèvre also took part in the management of the Galerie du Haut Pavé, a non‑profit gallery in Paris with a significant historical legacy. Having discovered Portugal through his wife, he now spends half of the year living in Caxias.
