Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of artworks made through Oficina Impossível, whether in person, by email, or through any other form of communication.
2. Nature of the Works
All artworks are unique or produced in limited editions as specified by the artist. All relevant technical details and documentation are provided prior to purchase. A certificate of authenticity is issued with every artwork sold.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) and may be subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the moment of reservation or purchase is the price that applies.
4. Reservations
Works may be reserved for a limited period. A reservation is only considered valid once confirmed by Oficina Impossível. If no purchase is completed within the agreed period, the work will be made available again.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full before the artwork is released. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other methods agreed upon in writing. Any transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Delivery and Collection
Buyers may collect the artwork at the gallery by appointment. Shipping can be arranged upon request; all shipping, insurance, and handling costs are borne by the buyer. Oficina Impossível is not responsible for damage or loss occurring during transport handled by third parties.
7. Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of artworks, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the work arrives damaged due to an error attributable to Oficina Impossível. Any claim must be made within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic documentation.
8. Copyright and Reproduction
The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright. All reproduction rights remain with the artist or their legal representatives. Any reproduction, publication, or commercial use of the artwork requires prior written permission.
9. Privacy
Personal data collected during the sales process is used solely for administrative and communication purposes related to the purchase. Data is not shared with third parties except when required for shipping or legal compliance.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from the sale of artworks shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
